Founder Jeff Woodman was born in New York and has lived in Chicago for over 15 years. His education includes a B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany in 1992, and an MBA from DePaul in 2002. Married for 10 years to his wife Katie, Jeff makes his home in Wilmette with their three children.      

John Cison joined the agency as a partner in 2007. John was born and raised in the Chicago area and now resides in Lake Zurich with his wife, Laura, and their three children. He is a graduate of Northern Illinois in 1991 and he has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry.
